If I could tell you
in just one word,
what means to feel
your gentle touch.
If I could dream
to be with you,
for all eternity
in just a kiss.
If I could kiss you
night and day,
it would not bother
what others say.
If I could show you
how I feel,
when you whisper
close to my ear.
If I could change
the way life ends,
it would be holding
each other’s face.
But because I can’t do
all those things,
I’ll just share with you
what life may bring.
