I run as fast as I can,
but not as fast as the boogie man
I hide and try not to make a sound,
but he knows exactly where I'm to be found.
My hearts pounds furiously, I scream in pain,
as he shoves he claws into my brain.
I can't think, I can't speak, why is this what I was destined?
A creature destroying me, as he rips out my intestines.
The only thing I crave is for him to let me die,
but he relishes the slowness, his fangs puncturing my eyes.
I had dreams, I had ambition, I was going to be a singer,
but that's all finished, I silently thought, as he bit off every finger
You can't imagine or comprehend, this pain beyond belief,
the mental and physical agony as he removes every one of my teeth
Before I'm finished, he steals a kiss full of blood and screams,
then he laughs and with a final beat, my heart stops and I decease.
