Poem # 5 - The Bird's Revenge

A little bird woke up one day
To find her tree chopped down
Her feathers were messed, as was her nest
The bird had quite a frown

"Who tore down this beautiful tree?"
The bird cried as she flew away
She noticed other trees that fell on the ground
She suspected some fowl play

As she flew around, she noticed a man
who was cutting down trees with an axe
She tweeted and chirped with fury and rage
"I've had it with these lumberjacks!"

She circled around him with devious intent
She seems to have hatched a plan
Her bowel movements have stirred within
She eventually pooped on the man

The lumberjack was blinded by poop
He dropped his axe on his feet
He squealed in pain and cried as he fell
Her victory was now complete

As he limped away, blinded and hurt
The bird was pecking his head
"Get off my land and never return"
The bird cried as he fled

Weeks have passed and all was well
The bird had settled in her new tree
For no lumberjack dared to intrude
while the bird flew wild and free
